Integrating Slate in University Surveys - A Look at RHB's Collaboration with Lasell University

The Slate Preferred Partner Program puts meaningful implementation and maintenance support and streamlined product integration at your fingertips through the work of established organizations in the higher education community. This series highlights some of the ways in which they can help you in your Slate journey.

In their latest feature from the "Our Work in Practice" series, RHB describes their work on a CRM-connected Admitted Student Survey Intelligence project for Lasell University. The background of the project details how Chris Gray, the Associate Vice President of Enrollment Management at Lasell University, sought a solution to improve their admitted student survey process. They wanted to bring it in-house for more tailored and efficient management.

Lasell University aimed to deploy its admitted student survey through Slate, formulate custom questions, and release the survey within a one-month timeframe.

Lasell University deployed the survey, increased the number of completed surveys by over 60%, and improved their data collection and integration. This success allowed Lasell to make more data-driven decisions and plan to further innovate their survey process in the future. The case study exemplifies how customized, in-house survey tools can yield better results and more relevant data for universities.
