Event Preparation
Electronic Ticketing will make your event preparation quick and easy. Make your own event registration webpage through our easy-to-use HTML editor, and make tickets available for purchase on-line or off-line through a representive of your organization. Attendees can easily print E-tickets at home or send them to any fax number.
Real-time reporting helps you keep track of exactly how many attendees you can be expecting, in addition to helping you keep track of your total sales progress. You can even track sales by location or by representative.
Streamlined check-in
During your event, the last thing you want to be dealing with is checking in your attendees. Maestro uses wireless handheld ticket scanners that validate electronic tickets in real-time. Each scanner contains a full copy of the database and doesn't require any Internet connection. When scanners are within wireless range of one another, they share data to protect against unauthorized duplication of tickets.
Our electronic ticketing system provides electronic conference passes that may be e-mailed to registrants and brought to the conference to expedite the check-in process. Upon checking in, conference badges print wirelessly to handheld printers in under a second. These multi-purpose badges serve as conference passes, enable entrance to ticketed events, and may be used for purchasing goods or services at the conference.
Secure commerce
Maestro's electronic commerce systems enable coordinators and organizations to accept credit card payments on-line, by telephone, and on-site with the wireless handheld ticket scanners. Payments by ACH debit (electronic check) are also supported, and may be coupled with ACH credits to provide a fully-electronic deposit and cash disbursement system.
Post-event evaluation
Live and post-sales event metrics allow you to track your sales progress. Choose one-click reports to look at a snapshot of the patterns in your registration data, or design custom queries through our graphical query editor to delve deeper into your data.
