Digital signage, the way it should be.

Move beyond the conventional

By combining the aesthetic class of static signage with the possibilities of interactive software, Flyerboard will take you leaps and bounds beyond any conventional approach to marketing or publicity. Traditional signage has its place, but when it comes to promoting events at a venue, static approaches are becoming less and less effective. This is why we've adapted our innovative Flyerboard technology to address the specific needs of music, art, and performance venues. Running on the latest indoor and outdoor HD displays, Flyerboard software will help you increase interest in events, promote your future events more effectively, and engage more directly with patrons.

Flyerboard as a cutting-edge marketing tool

Flyerboard is a web-based application that allows you to custom-program each of your displays through an easy-to-use graphical user interface. For example, consider how Flyerboard technology improves a theatrical venue's ability to utilize targeted, dynamic, and time-sensitive marketing:

  • Number of displays employed: 2 outdoor proximity-sensor equipped displays, 1 indoor proximity-sensor and multi-touch capable display in the theater lobby.
  • Normal promotion schedule:
    • Outdoor displays promote the next show in the theater's schedule, along with real-time updates from the theater's twitter accounts and RSS feeds. A short, looping clip of scenes from a recent dress rehearsal gives passersby a glimpse of the action.
    • As a passerby approaches the display, the view zooms to a more appropriate close-viewing level, showing additional information about the show at hand or a listing of other upcoming shows and events.
    • Indoor displays promote the entirety of the venue's schedule, in addition to acting as virtual kiosks through which customers can view schedules and purchase tickets.
  • Night-of-performance promotion schedule
    • Displays now have an integrated "time-to-performance" countdown for increased visibility, along with additional information about how to purchase tickets.
  • Intermission promotion schedule
    • Show-related content, such as character maps, plot guides, musical information, and glossaries, is now available on each display. For some shows, the theater management enables live text-to-screen polling that allows for people to vote for their favorite musical number or post their own comments to the Flyerboard's scrolling comment feed.
  • Post-show promotion schedule
    • As audience members are leaving the theater, displays are set to a "thank you" message that advertises future performances and prompts audience members to buy tickets soon for a 10% discount.

Simple concept, incredible adaptability

It's easy to put together a publicity package that fits with your venue's schedule and needs. Pull in RSS feeds, video and scheduling content, and upload images instantly. Editing your promotional timeline enables fine-grain control over how and when you target your marketing material. And with the ability to edit your promotional schedule instantly through the web, schedule changes, branding changes, and other updates have never been quicker.

Implementation

Displays and other hardware are provided to you at-cost, and software licenses are purchased on a yearly basis. Displays require only power and Ethernet cords to be fully connected, allowing you to install or mount them in nearly any configuration.
