Direct integration into your institution's Univariant portal lets you control the branding of all your Flyerboards while enabling authorized users to customize the content. Portal integration also means you can contribute to and administer your Flyerboards through a secure, customized interface. Mobile integration

Flyerboard can support SMS text messaging, Bluetooth, and iPod/iPhone docks for direct mobile integration. Students can text themselves reminders about events, download events to their mobile calendars, or install a free iPhone app to take Flyerboard with them on-the-go.

With Flyerboard, students can take greater advantage of all that your university already offers. Consider how strategically placed Flyerboards provide students with a wealth of campus information:

• On the way to class

  Students on their way out of their dorms are made aware that they should carry an umbrella despite the seemingly innocent morning sky. Those who have some distance to go are able to check the current location of the campus shuttle to ensure they will make it to class on time. As they wait, they can make lunch plans as Flyerboard displays the menus for each campus dining hall.

• In the student center

  Between classes, students gather round to see what events are taking place on campus this week. Much more than a bulletin board, the interactive interface allows a student interested in attending a multicultural food festival to send a text message to her phone with its time and location. Another student reserves a group study room in the library for later that evening to prepare for an exam.

• During an emergency

  Students have called campus safety reporting a suspicious person. Administrators are able to quickly and easily display an alert on every Flyerboard with the person's last known location and description, plus instructions to avoid any interaction and call campus safety. Within minutes, nearly the entire university is made aware of the possible danger and the suspect is located. When the situation is resolved a new message is displayed stating as such.

Centralized management

You can commandeer Flyerboards to publish announcements, display videos, or other day-or time-specific programming. Manage Flyerboard remotely through any computer with an internet connection, and keep track of all flyer uploads through an easy-to-use interface. While out-of-date flyers are removed automatically, you can also remove any flyer from all screens simultaneously at your discretion.
